*For swim spas, a Crane/Hiab is always required to move them into position. Depending on your access, a hot tub may sometimes require a Crane/Hiab. This is not included in our Delivery service and you will need to arrange this with an external company. We will coordinate with you to schedule a delivery date and time to align with your crane company’s availability on the specified day. All used hot tubs are thoroughly tested in our workshop and we guarantee and warranty them for 90 days from date of delivery. Full Details of the warranty are available here.

We can offer delivery anywhere in the UK and this includes placement in your garden. (crane charges are extra if required).

Delivery

We will endeavor to deliver your hot tub within 10 to 14 working days from receipt of deposit however this may be longer in some instances due to workload and vehicle availability etc.

All used hot tubs are used /pre owned and will therefore most likely have:
1. Evidence of wear and tear.
2. Scuffs/scratches where the tub may have been moved or relocated in the past.
3. Worn fittings – headrests/jets/divert valves etc.
4. Small tears/ cracks in the cover ( used covers due to weathering).
5. Other minor cosmetic marks.
