Our Oasis Range is developed and custom-designed by the Australian Hot Tub designer and manufacturer, Oasis Spas.
These Oasis Spas are a step up from almost anything else in the hot tub market today. Using industry-leading and expert-level experience, Oasis Spas brings customer satisfaction and energy efficiency together.
Firstly, every Oasis Spa has multiple layers of high-density foam, which is uniquely designed to significantly reduce heat loss, saving on energy costs. In addition, our Oasis Spas have low current pumps which are highly energy-efficient, and in fact, each pump uses less energy than a 75W light bulb.
The inside of the hot tub also recirculates warm air back into the system, making the hot tub more energy-efficient and reducing the energy required to heat the water. During circulation, the water temperature is kept at a consistently regular temperature to reduce the energy used in a standard heating/cooling cycle.
THE THERMO LOCK R18+ SYSTEM
We want to keep down the total cost of ownership of hot tubs and reduce energy waste. A significant proportion of running costs goes on keeping the water at the right temperature. The entire Oasis range we supply comes with the Thermo Lock Oasis+ system. This is a multi-part system designed to insulate each and every part of the hot tub body.
The Thermo Lock R18+ is a multi-part system which is specifically designed to insulate each and every part of the hot tub body.
The Shell – Every Oasis Spa uses the thickest shell available on the market. Under the American Lucite acrylic are multiple layers of resin/fiberglass composite for strength and a layer of closed-cell foam to give an 8-10mm shell thickness – this combination makes our Oasis Spa hot tubs better insulated than almost any of the other spas in the UK.
The Base – The solid, no-gap base is given a 3mm layer of foam insulation, with reflective aluminum foil on each side. Again helping it to add some additional insulation.
The Cabinet – The cabinet walls are lined with a 15mm layer of dense PE foam and on top of this is the same dual-sided foil. This not only acts to prevent heat loss but to actively reflect it back into the spa cabinet and most importantly, back into the water. Lastly, the cabinet is filled with a soft, open-cell PE foam. This provides a superb level of heat retention in the void of the spa cabinet.
All of these features work together to create a system that cleverly utilizes multiple-density layers to bring an unbeatable level of insulation to the spa body. The full foam approach has the added advantage of keeping all the pipework perfectly static during transit, and adds a significant amount of structural support to the pipework infrastructure, reducing the possibility of leaks throughout the life of the spa.
All of these features combine to create a system that cleverly utilises multiple-density layers to bring an unbeatable level of insulation to the spa body. The full foam approach has the added advantage of keeping all the pipework perfectly static during transit, and adds a significant amount of structural support to the pipework infrastructure, reducing the possibility of leaks throughout the life of the spa.
