This deposit not only reserves your chosen hot tub but also locks in the current offer, safeguarding you against any weekly changes in prices or deals. Should you make a purchase after hours or over the weekend, we can easily review and adjust your order as necessary once we’re back in the office.

Not ready for delivery? Not a problem, just write on the order notes ‘Hold my delivery’ at checkout and we will hold off delivery till you are ready.

Need a crane? Not a problem. If you need a crane, please indicate it in your order notes as a ‘crane job.’ You will need to arrange for your own crane. After that, we will coordinate with you to schedule a delivery date and time to align with your crane company’s availability on the specified day.

About the Thermals Range

Thanks to the unique Thermo Lock System Technology, the heat in your hot tub stays where it is meant to, reducing your energy usage and helping your pocket. 

Firstly, the Thermo-Lock Hot Tub Cover is 10cm in thickness and made with durable, high-density foam insulation and a water-tight seal that blocks heat loss. Secondly, an insulation system in the tub tray, with the skirt plate sprayed with up to 6cm of special thermal insulation materials.

Thirdly, the innovative energy-saving technology of the massage pumps helps ensure your hot tub is not using excessive power, and when combined with comprehensive insulation material such as the foam layers that are used to protect the spa walls and base from heat loss, this makes for an efficient and impressive Thermal Lock System that makes your hot tub inexpensive to run.
