Saturday and Sunday sales only available on WhatsApp app and for call back requests

We’re always available on WhatsApp — you can send us a message or request a call. If you don’t use WhatsApp, just fill in the contact form to request a callback.

Please note, our phone team cannot assist with warranties, final payments, maintenance, delivery updates, damages, or missing items. These must be handled by email or WhatsApp so the right team member can support you quickly and efficiently.

Thanks for helping us help you by using the correct contact method.

Send us an email

For support about your spa or for help with an existing order please email us, this is often the easiest and quickest way.

whatsapp us

Always Available, our team will reply as soon as possible.

Request a Callback

Offering a call back request allows us to provide a better customer experience. By returning calls at a convenient time for customers, rather than having them struggle to get through our phone lines during busy periods or wait for a team member to become available, we can schedule dedicated times for each customer. This ensures efficient service and allows us to give customers the attention they deserve.

Send us your details and we’ll give you a callback whenever is most convenient for you. We won’t use or store any of these details for marketing purposes.
